Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReviewPilot application and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed so it remains accurate.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations
- Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices, billing intervals, and plan details are described on the pricing page or your account settings.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in accordance with the instructions provided in your account or on the pricing page.
- We may change plan prices or features with reasonable notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems, or interfere with the proper working of the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Google Business Profile or other integrations complies with the respective providers' terms and policies.
5. Google Business Profile and Third-Party Services
- The Service may integrate with Google Business Profile and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
- By connecting your Google account or other third-party accounts, you authorize us to access and use data from those services as needed to provide features you enable (such as fetching reviews or posting replies).
- We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
6. Intellectual Property and License
- ReviewPilot, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service, except as permitted by law or these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewPilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and, if applicable, cancel your subscription through your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your primary place of business, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable regulations.
